Information submitted to the AI Assistant may be processed by third-party AI or infrastructure service providers that help us provide these features.

We use AI-related information only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Regi and its functionality.

AI-generated results may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Users should review important scheduling information before confirming consequential actions.

When you use voice input, audio may be transmitted for speech-to-text processing so Regi can convert your speech into text and process your request.

Voice information may be temporarily processed by Regi and service providers involved in transcription and infrastructure.

Retention associated with technical processing may vary depending on operational, security, and service-provider requirements.

You can use typed input instead of voice input.

When you use Regi, we may automatically process limited technical information such as:

• application version;
• timestamps;
