Terms of Use

Regi is an appointment and business-management application designed primarily for service professionals.

Regi may provide functionality for:

• managing appointments;
• managing clients;
• managing services;
• managing working hours and time off;
• checking availability;
• creating, rescheduling, cancelling, and updating appointments;
• receiving scheduling summaries;
• using AI-assisted scheduling features;
• using voice input where supported.

Features may change as Regi develops.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create and operate a Regi account unless applicable law permits otherwise.

By creating an account, accessing Regi, or using the service, you agree to:

• these Terms of Use;
• our Privacy Policy;
• applicable laws and regulations.

If you use Regi on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Certain Regi features require an account.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information;
• keeping account information reasonably current;
• protecting your login credentials;
• controlling access to your device and account;
• activity performed through your account.

Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not impersonate another person or create accounts for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

You are responsible for information that you add to Regi, including information concerning:

• clients;
• appointments;
• services;
• business operations;
• notes;
• contact details.

You must have the necessary authority, permission, consent, or other lawful basis to enter and process information relating to other people.

Regi does not determine whether you are legally permitted to collect particular client information.

You may not use Regi to:

• violate applicable law;
• commit fraud;
• impersonate another person;
• interfere with or disrupt the service;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
• distribute malicious software;
• intentionally overload or abuse Regi infrastructure;
• circumvent security or access controls;
• reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law;
• use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts Regi;
• use Regi to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
• submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Regi, its users, or third parties.

Regi helps organize appointment and business information provided by users.

You remain responsible for:

• verifying appointment details;
• verifying client information;
• determining services and pricing;
• managing your availability;
• communicating with clients where necessary;
• complying with legal and professional obligations applicable to your business.

Regi does not become a party to transactions or professional relationships between you and your clients merely because an appointment is managed through Regi.

Regi uses artificial intelligence to help interpret requests and perform supported tasks.

AI features may help with actions such as:

• creating appointments;
• finding appointments;
• checking availability;
• rescheduling;
• cancelling;
• updating appointment status;
• providing scheduling summaries.

AI systems are probabilistic and may occasionally misunderstand a request or produce inaccurate or incomplete results.

You are responsible for reviewing important information before relying on it.

When Regi requests confirmation before a consequential action, you should review the displayed information before confirming.

AI functionality is intended to assist users, not replace professional, legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice.

Where supported, Regi may allow voice input.

Voice recordings may be processed to create transcripts.

Transcription may contain errors caused by:

• pronunciation;
• background noise;
• language;
• accent;
• device quality;
• automated speech-recognition limitations.

You are responsible for reviewing important information derived from voice input before confirming actions.

We work to keep Regi available and reliable, but continuous or uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• maintenance;
• software updates;
• infrastructure failures;
• third-party service failures;
• internet connectivity;
• security incidents;
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves.

Some Regi functionality may be offered free of charge, while paid plans or features may be introduced or offered separately.

When paid services are available, applicable:

• pricing;
• billing period;
• subscription conditions;
• renewal information;
• cancellation information

will be shown before purchase or otherwise communicated through the relevant purchasing interface.

Purchases made through platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play may also be subject to the terms and billing rules of those platforms.

Refund rights are governed by applicable law and, where relevant, the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

Regi, including its:

• software;
• interface;
• branding;
• robot mascot;
• logos;
• visual design;
• documentation;
• website;
• underlying technology

is owned by or licensed to Smart MVP Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Regi or its intellectual property to you.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Regi for its intended purposes.

You retain any rights you have in information that you lawfully submit to Regi.

You grant Smart MVP Solutions the limited rights necessary to:

• store;
• transmit;
• process;
• display;
• back up;
• technically transform

that information solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and provide Regi.

Our handling of personal information is further described in our Privacy Policy.

Regi depends on third-party technologies and services.

These may include providers for:

• databases;
• authentication;
• infrastructure;
• AI processing;
• speech transcription;
• notifications;
• application distribution;
• payment processing;
• hosting.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

You may stop using Regi at any time.

Where available, you may delete your account through:

Settings → Delete Account

or follow the instructions at:

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• serious or repeated violations of these Terms;
• fraudulent or unlawful activity;
• security threats;
• abuse of the service;
• legal requirements;
• conduct that creates material risk to Regi or others.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may provide notice.

Regi is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

• Regi will always be available;
• every feature will be error-free;
• AI results will always be correct;
• every transcription will be accurate;
• third-party services will always remain available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart MVP Solutions LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses resulting from use of or inability to use Regi.

This may include losses related to:

• missed appointments;
• incorrect information entered by users;
• AI or transcription errors;
• service interruptions;
• third-party services;
• lost business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where applicable law does not permit such limitation.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Please review it to understand how information is processed.

We may modify Regi over time, including by:

• adding features;
• removing features;
• changing interfaces;
• changing supported integrations;
• updating technical requirements.

We do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available permanently.

We may update these Terms to reflect:

• product changes;
• business changes;
• legal requirements;
• security requirements;
• changes to third-party services.

When appropriate, we will update the effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes.

Continued use after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, subject to any mandatory consumer or other protections that apply under the laws of your place of residence.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
